  Could be better
  Front desk staff polite, professional and friendly. Hot breakfast a plus.However, not as pleased with respect to cleaning room. The cloth used to clean bathroom was left on half-wall in the bathroom. The towels were fresh but they were left unfolded in the sink. A better job could have been done on the tub. The coffee maker was broken. Discovered that a vital piece was missing after three unsuccessful attempts to make coffe. Had worked previous night and that morning. In summary, attention to detail needs to be paid to all aspects of service.

  Had a Great experience staying here.. such wonderful staff always happy to talk to you and there for any issues.
  beautiful clean room, nice swimming pool and yummy food. felt like royality for 4 days lol.

  Great stay and great customer service. I highly recommend this for a short or long stay. Breakfast was perfect.

  I enjoyed my stay. I love the comfy bedding and the huge showers . But I find the staff do not interact with the quests often enough.
  Not even a "hey, how are you today?" While walking past the front desk at any time.of the day:(

  My favourite hotel in St. John’s. Easy parking, very nice welcoming atmosphere for our very late night check in and Andrew deserves 10/10 for getting us settled quickly. Beautiful room, comfortable bed. Highly recommend!
