They promptly called back to send over a repair person as soon as possible. The problem was diagnosed and the part was ordered. I appreciate you rectifying the issue as quickly as possible and proving that your customer service is priority.

(March 13, 2017, 8:49 pm)Eastern Appliance tech arrived to service our 2 year old front loading washing machine. After a brief attempt to start and no attempt to look within, he quoted $1876.00 to repair the $800.00 machine. Basically he wrote the machine off and charged us $90.00 than walked away. After the techs short visit and 2 weeks without the washer we proceeded to remove the machine for replacement. With nothing to loose a decision was made to open up and look within. Upon opening up a broken belt was found. $42.00 and a couple of hours later the washer was repaired. Half the price of the wasted service call! I have a write off email and fully functional washer to support my one star too many rating.
I received a full refund and apology. Marked up as a lesson learned.
