  For $100 a night in the off-season you get a wonderful modern one or two bedroom apartment I wouldn't stay anywhere else in St John's

  The room was amazing, and the hospitality was beyond compare. We were met with a complimentary bottle of wine and some extra goodies. Plenty of amenities (3 TVs, oven, microwave, dishes, fridge, etc.). Wifi worked perfectly. It's the best place to be if you're looking to spend an extended time in St. John's!

  Really nice! We have a view of the Signal Hill citadel from our room. Comfortable beds, big bright windows, nice clean bathroom and kitchen. Very happy with the room. Also the staff are very nice and helpful. Someone stopped in the middle of his job to help my mom carry her bag up the stairs, and when we asked the front desk for more coffee pods for the Keurig, they sent us up a whole box instead of just a handful. Was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the service.

  Stayed twice with a large family group. Staff were great and our 3 bedroom suite was lovely. We had the executive with a boardroom and sauna. We were able to utilize the boardroom for family dinners. The children were able to play on the grassy area between the buildings safely.

  Great place. The suites/apartments are superb. The location is very convenient. However, there are no elevators and it is not physically--handicapped friendly. They do offer help with heavy bags though. Fully equipped kitchen. Excellent for extended stay.
