  Very friendly staff & clean facilities. Didn't have a very long wait time to begin and appointments are easy to make.

  Been going here for years. Amazing staff! They havr put me back together more times than I can count. Be it physio, massage, chiro, or acupuncture.

  I injured my foot when i was hiking the East Coast Trail. I searched online looking for local physiotherapy when I landed on action physiotherapy's website. The clinic was a lovely, inviting space, and my physiotherapist Rebecca was amazing. I felt comfortable immediately, took her time to assess my injury and explained how she was going to treat it. She also offered a lot of advice about proper exercises that I could do at home. After about 4-5 sessions, the pain was almost completely gone and I can get back to one of my favourite pastimes - hiking, biking, and occasional running. I am very pleased with my progress. I will absolutely recommended these guys to my family and friends!
