(October 25, 2019, 1:37 am)I placed 2 separate orders online. The first took over a week to pack/ship and was missing an item. The store attached the same tracking number for the second order so it shows as delivered but has not arrived. There was a period of time when I was unable to reach anyone and my emails were going unanswered but I’ve since spoken to someone and it seems the error is being resolved and so I’ve revised this review to reflect my experience.
They do a really nice job of packing up orders and the wool was wrapped to protect it from moisture in shipping. -
