  Stayed here last night, great service, great food. Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were so new and clean it felt like it should have coated so much more. The Security Guard in the lobby made it feel so much more secure and I could sleep comfortably knowing they weren't short on staff.

  Hotel was clean. Staff were very accommodating with our late check out and also storing our luggage afterward while we explored downtown while waiting for our flight later in the day. Excellent stay.

  I admittedly did not stay at this hotel, but had a 19 hour layover in St John's after a summer studying abroad in Europe. I wanted to check out the city, having never been, but because I had such a long layover I was stuck with my checked suitcase and both of my carry on bags. After arriving in the city centre, I went to the first hotel that I saw (this one) and asked if I could leave my bags in their bag storage room. The concierges were very understanding of the situation and let me leave my bags there without question. They also happily called me a taxi to take me back to the airport late that night. Wonderful and much appreciated help, especially when I wasn't a guest at the hotel! I would definitely love to stay there when I make it back to visit St John's in the future!

  Very happy with this hotel! Nice location, great view over Harbour. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Like many hotels in Canada it is too much money but better priced than most in St. John's. Breakfast not included which is too bad but not a show-stopper. Overall decent value.

  My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this hotel for about a week. It was lovely, the housekeeping was prompt and respectful, and the front desk staff were always really friendly and helpful. I love that they have a washing machine & dryer in the hotel if you're staying awhile and need to do laundry. I didn't love having to pay for parking the whole time but I understand it, it is downtown and secure so I felt it was worth the $12/day fee. We also had a great view from our room of the harbour front.
