  Room was nice, clean and the service was fabulous but it was cold in our room the 4 days we stayed frost on the wall by our window and on the window too it was so cold in our room we had to just in a hot bath to feel comfortable. We mentioned it and all we got was thanks for letting us know.

  Very clean Hotel, hats off to the housekeepers. Front desk lady working last night when we checked in was training and she was the best, very friendly, and even taken time to even meet our dog. The restaurant was amazing food and the server was even better, will always stay at this hotel now that I seen how good it is.

  Never stayed at the hotel and cannot speak to the guest services; however as a neighbor I really enjoy their effort to create a resto-lounge area with a nice summer deck to attract the Airport Heights community. Discounted prices to AH residents is an AMAZING incentive! Food has been decent every time I've gone and the $20 beer/wing combo on Wednesday nights is fantastic!

  Great hotel near the airport. Located just off the main road so makes for getting anywhere in the city a breeze. There is a free
  The staff are very friendly and always welcoming and always saying hello when they see you.
  The breakfast was fine for what I needed. Some people complain about the set up of these breakfast stations. If you want a restaurant style breakfast you need to go to a restaurant.
  The hotel is next to the airport but because of the triple pane glass you do not hear the planes at all. Rooms are large with comfortable beds and nice size bathroom with sliding glass doors that keep the water in and not out onto the floors.
  There is also a restaurant that serves food in the afternoon and evening. So if you are staying here because you have an early flight in the morning, you can get a meal here.
  They should have menus in the room for the restaurant so you have an idea of what they offer but they did not. Hopefully they will add one soon.
  Overall a great place and will be staying here again.
