Arrived in NL in august, ask to be follow by dr Ralph that put me on his on the spot, havent waited more than 2 minutes to see him, conversation was straight to the point and after 15 minute, i had all i needed!
Dr. Ralph had me in as a new patient within a couple days, and I only sat down in the waiting room long enough to pull my phone out and unlock it. Didn't even get to check my texts or open facebook because I arrived on time, and he was actually on time with my appointment.
10/10, spent less than 30 minutes from the point I walked in the door and the point I walked out of the clinic.
It's a shame everyone else has such waiting time issues, as I've only ever had good service when I was younger (10+ years ago) and my recent visit back. Hopefully my next visit will go equally as efficiently.
The receptionist that was on staff tonight was professional, polite and very helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name. Next time I'm in for a visit and I see her, she will get my many thanks. I typically see Dr. Verge (who has been my angel for many years), but because of the excruciating pain, I had to see the first available Doctor, Dr. Stockley. The care I was given was outstanding. Thank you to the wonderful people who work there. It may stressful at times, but never doubt how much good you're doing for the patients. I for one appreciate it so very much. You made a very bad day so much more bearable.
I have been going here for a couple of years now and I have to say, they have been very accommodating even with short-notice appointments or walk-ins and coming from a doctor who took 4 weeks to get into see (and even then still seen a resident) I'm very happy with the ease of scheduling an appointment and the friendliness of the doctors and reception staff. You can always get an appointment a day or so out and if you need to be fit in, they have always done their best. People need to remember appointments come first, walk-ins are secondary -- which is the same everywhere, but I have not had an issue with long wait-times with Dr. Chafe or Dr. Stockley, they're both very efficient and listen to all of your needs and are willing to help.
