(November 14, 2017, 3:04 am)There is a notice by the register that Menne will close permanently after the first of the year 2018. This is sad as they had many unique products. Another class store bites the dust!!

They sell a proprietary blend of grass seed that's purported to be road salt-tolerant. I did a test and planted a patch at curbside alongside a bag of $2.99 seed bought at the discount store. The Menne's special blend fared no better than the discount store seed. -

(May 11, 2016, 1:40 pm)I am so happy with my front yard landscaping. It is just beautiful ! The plan by the designer was perfect. The plants are healthy and just the right size, and many are different colored flowering plants. The workers did a marvelous job taking out the old, tired looking stuff, outlining the new landscape, renewing the bed, and finally putting in the new beautiful plants and shrubs. I am thrilled. Thank you so much.

(December 7, 2015, 4:33 pm)The Menne crew did an outstanding job landscaping around the house and patio. They even got large patches of yard to grow grass where the contractor machinery had earlier torn-up the yard and their people couldn't get grass to re-grow. The landscaping foreman and workers were knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their work.The Menne family seems to enjoy what they do and their work ethic carries over to their people. It was a very pleasant experience for us.
