(July 27, 2019, 7:29 pm)Love my Sportsman 570 2up. I've already had her out and my son and I had a blast. Kristin was great help in the purchase. Never pushed me like other dealers. But yet very good at what she does. Even went over the bike with me at pick up.

(July 24, 2019, 6:58 pm)You'll definitely get what you want or need here. The staff is very helpful if you need parts or service. And the sales staff isn't in your face of your looking. Try the used bikes in the storage area if your not looking for new, so many different bikes and quads and just plane old fun stuff.

(July 22, 2019, 4:19 pm)We purchased a new Polaris ATV from here. John our salesman, was great! He answered all my questions and provided me with additional information. The machine was ready for pickup the next day! Mr. Bob took care of us on pickup day. He made sure we had everything, took the time to go over the machine, booklet, and discussed maintenance. I would highly recommend this place! ????

(July 13, 2019, 11:30 pm)I went into get my 2018 Honda Africa Twin Adventure sports serviced and a center stand added. The service reception was great and the lady who was taking care of all the customers remembered my appointment and even though she was busy doing multiple bike inspection paperwork, she took the time to talk to me and get me situated. She even recommended a restaurant since I was waiting for the work to be completed. I have been coming here since May 2018 and they have always fully met or exceeded my expectations. It also means since I am happy to be in the shop, I tend to browse around a buy a few things too. Great service and a great place. I don't mind the ride from Rochester to Buffalo once or twice a year. Please keep it up.
One other thing to add. I purchased a back armor for my Alpinestar jacket and the gentleman at the parts could not have been more helpful. Making sure that i inserted the armor correctly and getting rid of all the packaging. I didn't even have to ask.
