(May 4, 2019, 3:16 pm)Very peaceful park right on the Niagara River. Beautiful view of the water and shady enough to enjoy in most weather. Shelters to space for a picnic to even enjoy a meal and camaraderie of friends and family. Porta-potty always available and a bathroom service area available seasonally. Many even fish from here too! Highly suggested for those who like to read too - great view and usually fairly quiet.
The memorial wall is very powerful and many of our fallen soldiers are recognized for their service. History can be learned as one sits and listens to those who visit. -
