(July 7, 2019, 8:27 pm)Came out on a Sunday to save us from the heat when the A/C (and furnace fan) stopped working. Prompt response, knowledgeable, and courteous. Not only did he find the problem and fix it, but identified the root cause to address that, too. Very reasonably priced.

(June 11, 2019, 5:35 pm)Wow! I’m very pleased with this company. Dave E came out last winter when our furnace broke on a 25 degree night. He responded fast. He is knowledgeable and explained what he had to do to fix it. Awesome!
Today Dave S was here to fix the air conditioner. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part in his truck. He didn’t pressure me to buy anything, he just gave me the information clearly and let me decide. I feel so lucky to find this company. Nicole booked this appointment for me. She was very nice. She kept me posted on Dave’s estimated arrival time. I’m recommending Tropical Heating and Cooling to everyone I know. It’s so refreshing to receive A Plus service these days. -

From the initial appointment on we knew that we did not need any other estimates. John was so nice and honest. He recommended options as if it were his home, and was here for the installation as well. For the first time our home is cool during a hot day. I cannot thank Tropical Heating and Cooling enough for the incredible work!

Upon completion of the job they left the work area just as they found it. Then they took us on a little tour of the work they had done to make sure we were satisfied.
A great group of guys that we would welcome back to our home. -

Never once did he try to sell us something we didn't need. Mike & John, who performed the install were fantastic. Very professional and thorough in their installation of the new furnace. Their workmanship was top notch. I would highly recommend Tropical Heating & Cooling.
