Oh wow I had a very good experience in New York at the AT&T store they were very informative their phones were much cheaper than the phones in Michigan and I was able to get a phone because my phone went out while I was on trip I would take a picture of it but I'm on the phone right now LOL

The agents in store were friendly and helpful. Their counterparts on customer service phone center were difficult.

I work with John Callahan in orchard park, very trustworthy person. I had a minor issue so I took a chance in the Niagara Falls N.Y store, worked with Ryan 2day. AT&T has the best 2 gentlemen in the business.....
I'm sure I'll reup my contract when it's due !!
