The sales associate, Rose, was super friendly and knew what she was talking about, very helpful and pointed us in the right direction of a good quality mattress for my grandmother. Rose actually listened to our needs and then proceeded to show us what was most important to us. Being in sales for 30 years, it was refreshing to be personally serviced with knowledge and respect. She even studied our sleeping position to get us the right height of pillow for our bodies. It was Memorial Day weekend so we took great advantage of being early birds as well as dealing in other ways. Thank you so much for a great experience.
