Always smiling, always going out of his way to greet each customer with a smile as they come in and make sure their needs are met while simultaneously keeping the counter running quickly and efficiently. I've even witnessed him handle a beligerant customer with professionalism unparalleled. A breath of fresh air in a world where truely good customer service has become a rarity. He deserves a promotion and a raise! I'd go so far as to say he should be traveling to all the locations to train other staff in what great customer service looks like.
