Joe is super kind and efficient. He understood how important this move was for me and he waited at the facility until I arrived. He did rush me and helped me understand the sizing and capacity of the units. The reminder call was just I needed today, because that is the most fearful.; loosing your items. Thanks! This is my first time renting a storage unit and he has made it a breeze!

My experience at Public Storage was great. I was greeted by Joe when I got there, he helped me figure out the size unit I needed to store my stuff well I transition between moves. And he answered all the questions I had. Overall I would say the experience is worth it if you need even just a temporary place to store your stuff!
