(December 10, 2013, 6:49 pm)A nice family owned and operated shop. Extremely honest and fair in repair charges. Case in point: I took my Plymouth Grand Voyager there. Its problem was that it would sporadically go into Creep mode. Hoping it would not need a new transmission, I was told it only needed a solenoid...that being a $65 repair bill. Since then I have taken my sons SUV there as well as my Fathers minivan. Ken does regular repairs as well. He explains everything and is very fair priced and again did I say honest ! His wife Barb is the front-end greeter and cashier. She always greets you with a smile and is very sweet and personable.
Kens shop is usually busy, so he may not get to your vehicle right away....but to me, busy means this shop is good because he is good! I would recommend Ken's Village Transmission Shop in Depew, New York.
