(February 28, 2014, 1:18 pm)I asked about where the livestock comes from, they said local farms, which is great (its nice to support local farms).
All the meat, whether its freshly slaughtered poultry, lamb, goat, turkey, duck, rabbits...it all taste amazing. Definitely way better and fresher then supermarket meat!
Prices might be a little bit higher then regular supermarket meat, but what do you expect if it takes them a great deal of work to slaughter, gut and clean the animal, not mentioning they still have to care and feed the livestock before its purchased.
Overall, a great place to buy freshly slaughtered meat (the only place actually I know of in Buffalo)!
