(April 29, 2019, 9:18 pm)Great gym for cardio and weight lifting, with several areas including 2 squat racks and free weights. Almost true 24/7 hours. The staff are friendly and welcoming and both owners are there almost everyday. After awhile you start to feel like family.

(November 2, 2018, 11:32 am)Everyone is really nice and helpful! After a couple of days I feel right at home. The Body Pump class is great, everyone made me feel comfortable starting the class and the instructors (especially Melissa) are so helpful! I go everyday for 2+ hours and it feels like my second home. Highly recommend for anyone just starting out to experienced athletes. The free personal trainer session is helping me with my sore back as he is a physical therapist, I love this place!
