Not only was he courteous and friendly, but he goes above and beyond his salesmanship to make sure you are properly taken care of and are fully satisfied with your purchase. He strives for your happiness. The staff at West Herr Toyota was equally friendly. You also know a dealership cares when they allow your dog to participate in your buying choice and most importantly, they have a variety of coffee creamers for your coffee. Now that's grounded proof of how much consideration they have for their customers!

I have an exceptionally low credit score, walked in with my totaled car, and they were able to get me into a beautiful 2015 Civoc with full warranty and only 15K miles - these guys are miracle workers, not salesmen. They truly go all out for you and what’s in your best interest. Extremely grateful for all of their hard work and follow up!

Patrick Barber was easy-going, understanding and pleasant to work with (especially when my son came in with me, twice). He answered all my questions and I never once felt pressured to purchase. Mike in Finance was also a gem to sit down and go over options with, being patient and understanding as well!
Car shopping is exciting, but stressful. I appreciate these gentlemen and would highly recommend them and the dealership! So happy with my purchase! ✌ -

She was also very efficient with call backs on any questions or concerns I had. We bought a car there before and was very happy with the service then too.
