(June 18, 2019, 4:43 pm)Fresh is king, and the king is Taco Cat. This is a small take-out taco 'stand' inside the Gulf gas station in Springville. Everything is freshly made with always-fresh ingredients locally sourced. A little on the spicy side, but isn't that how it's supposed to be? The portions are huge but the prices are small. If Mighty Taco were a mile away, I'd still go here, it's just as good.
