(May 31, 2019, 3:26 pm)The workers at the store were very nice, but before going to Party City, I called to confirm they had a specific plate type in stock. The worker on the phone assured me they did, but when I drove out to the store, I discovered it is an item that they never have in stock. The manager was not very helpful or apologetic, but the cashiers tried to assist as much as possible.
