(September 20, 2019, 9:52 pm)Highly recommend these ladies over at the "home store" of life storage. In a matter of one day I had a unit reserved, locked and loaded. Heather called me within an hour to give me every bit of info I would need so there were no surprises, and once there Dena gave me the full rundown. Transport, lock usage, showed me where the cameras all are, she even cleaned out the unit for me before putting the lock on. Dena even called me later on to reassure that they tried my personal code to ensure it works so there's no potholes. They're very thorough and super friendly, this is my first time seeking out a storage unit and I think I picked a pretty good one. Thanks ladies!

With regards to Heather and Dena, you cannot get better service anywhere. If you need to rent a unit, go to Life Storage, Williamsville, NY. It will be one of the best decisions you will make.
