(March 23, 2019, 6:44 am)I have always received excellent customer service from the representatives at the Blue Wireless locations that I've went to. And they smile! If you're more of a local person, I'd definitely switch to this phone service. I only pay $20/ month ($25 if you're not signed up with autopay) for my son's unlimited plan. Plus, they're currently offering a free phone to new customers. It's not the best phone but it is free dollars. ????
