I love the Lexington Co-op! They have a lot of products that you wouldn't normally be able to find at a medium sized neighborhood grocery store. They also cater to health food and vegan/vegetarian diets, so there's always a ton of options. I also really enjoy their bulk food and spices section. Being able to but just a little bit of a spice for a recipe is so great.
