He is known for his dedication to a path of integrity and truth and for the courageous manner in which he inspires others to walk their own path of greatness. Kevin’s own expression of greatness has resulted in providing the WNY community with the best of what a gym can be. Unlike gyms with a cheap corporate feel, KC’s Fitness is alive because it is about people. A center for real growth, KC’s Fitness is a attracts individuals who are engaged in not just challenging themselves to change their physical appearance, but to be continually evolving versions of who they are.

(October 18, 2016, 12:03 am)You can get as much out of KC's as you want to put into it. I've attended classes here (beginner's boxing, kettle bells, strength and endurance training) and been a facilities-only member. In both cases, you can expect courteous, knowledgeable staff that show up on time, and make sure you're not doing anything to injure yourself. It's not a dating scene, it's not an abandoned warehouse. It's an honest-to-goodness gym, one of the few where it always seems evenly split between men and women.
