(April 10, 2019, 6:46 pm)I love the medical staff, the practitioners are excellent and very professional. Great about getting my son in when he is sick. However on a sick visit two weeks ago and a scheduled visit right now, the front office staff are loud, giddy and gossipy. They act as if those in the waiting room can't hear every word when they close the sliding glass windows.

(February 14, 2019, 2:06 am)I’ve only had two visits I have had no problems I met with Megan and I’ve met with several of those other staff I love the office front desk people awesome.I’ve never had any problem I suffer from severe anxiety And when I went there for my first visit I just want a basic check up and a few questions answered they have more than help me and I’ve only had two visits I feel very happy to be going there I haven’t been there since I was a child or young adult I should say so I’ve had no problems I’m sorry if anyone else has but I have not Had one staff member or doctor or nurse ever be unkind me and my two visits and never waited ever I’ve been early and got in ......Julie Wilson

(February 1, 2018, 1:43 pm)I have been going to Highgate medical group for 24 years and have never had a problem, except for the office opens at 8AM and when you call they WILL Not answer thet phone until around after 9 or 10. This is not professional. I'm not sure if employees are just late or ignoring phone calls.
