Been with Dr Hatton for 30 years, cant ask for a doctor who makes you more comfortable. By far the best at listening to you and diagnosing without overmedication. Qualified absolutely, bed side manner amazing and no anxiety during visits. Phones im sure get busy and im sure customer service could be better but I focus on the care.
One of the best doctors I've been to. She is absolutely wonderful. She makes you very comfortable and talks to you like a human not like a doctor talking to someone who is beneath them. Office is clean and only waited maybe 10 mins in the waiting room before seeing the doc. Just beware of the office staff. Very cranky and unwelcoming over the phone. But the doctor is well worth putting up with them.
