When my Dr. told me I needed physical therapy for my shoulder/arm issue, I was really nervous, this being my first experience for physical therapy. I was greeted by Joe, who took his time and explaning everthing to me. I have been seeing Joe since June, this has been a long process. But because of Joe's determination on helping me, I now feel I'm on the road to recovery. Thank You Joe!

I was referred to this practice by my doctor due to an ongoing shoulder problem which prevented neck movement and results in discomfort and pain during periods of stress. Over the last few months, it has been eliminated completely.

I was always looking forward to my appointments with Clay. He always had a great professional demeanor and I felt his concern for my well being. If I ever have a physical issue in the future, this will be where I book the appointment.

I was treated by Kristen for back pain that had previous medical professionals waffling over the cause and treatment. She was a consummate professional, giving me a specialized treatment plan to isolate and diagnose my issue (a slipped disc) and then treat it. After her care, I have lived pain free and been able to do physical activity that I previously could not do for years.

I've had a bad back and sciatica for years, and Dr. Joseph Gravino of Elite Spine & Extremity PT has equipped me with the exercises I need to better cope with chronic pain. He is patient, takes the time to talk to you personally, connects with each patient, customizes care to each individual, doesn't overwhelm you with too many at-home exercises, and always has appointment openings. He educates, motivates, and is highly professional. I have recommended him to several family members and friends!

Dr. Joe is the most amazing physical therapist I have ever been to. Other physical therapists I've been to would give generic exercises and not put much effort into accurately diagnosing my pain, resulting in little to no improvement after 6+ months of treatment. Dr. Joe's approach is personalized and specific and he genuinely cares about helping his patients. After 2 physical therapists, 2 chiropractors, consistent massage therapy, and multiple other attempts at diagnosing and treating my pain, I had no definitive diagnosis and no improvement after 5 years. After just THREE appointments with Dr. Joe, I finally know the root cause of my chronic neck pain and my pain is the best it has ever been since it started. On top of being extremely smart, thorough, and dedicated, he is super friendly and easy to talk to! I cannot recommend Elite Spine & Extremity (and specifically Dr. Joe) enough. I wish all doctors were like him.
