Never been disappointed with their service on my tripac, but the difficulty in getting work done on it means I need to give it a 3

(November 5, 2018, 3:16 pm)Got the bunk heater fixed. Was a good experience this time will give them another chance now. Friendly woman at service counter. If they just had a couple more people working there with her personality it would improve the experience.

(November 5, 2016, 9:44 pm)Was told my unit would be ready the same day, went over to check on it to find no one there at 7pm and the whole place locked up. They are open till 12pm and then was not given my unit back until 1pm the following day. 2 days of money lost
