After experiencing a small problem with a preowned trailer we purchased from them (no fault on their part) they were very quick to fix the issue, with all hands on deck. The communication was great and we didn’t have to push to get what we wanted. They really went above and beyond our expectations and committed to offer continual support in the future should we need anything. Problems happen in all companies, how it’s handled is what’s important. Highly recommend.

Josue gave us tours via face time and we were able to pick out the trailer that suited our needs easily and with confidence! After shopping around at many different dealerships, you can tell that Josue cares and loves what he does! He even took the time to call us after hours on our trip home (4 hour drive) to check in to see how we were doing on the drive! Brett and Claude were excellent as well! Brett was able to get the price we were looking for and Claude was very patient and thorough when doing the orientation of how things worked even on an extremely hot day! I highly recommend Moncton Leisure Time and you will not be disappointed at the service and friendliness of their team. We love our trailer!

A big shout out to Brett and Cory who are perfect example of how customer service should be. Everyone in customer service would learn something from them. Thanks and I am definitely a loyal customer of theirs now.

Financing was painless with Brett, looking after all our needs.
Shout out to Claude for a great delivery, and explaining everything we needed to know, and addressed all of our questions even the dumb ones.
