Jeff understood what I needed and didn't need and set me up quickly and painlessly.

(November 29, 2021, 6:02 pm)Hit or miss with this wireless kiosk. Yesterday we went in and spent 2 hours in a line only to find out that the device we wanted was sold out. They could have at least had a sold out sign on the display so people didn't have to wait for that long for nothing. Went in today and had no wait, and the device we wanted was available. The staff today was very friendly and helpful. So 3 stars for great service today, but lousy service yesterday.

He was super patient, it took a long time, and was good humored the whole time. Thanks for the good experience! Will definitely go back again when we need a new phone.
