I’ve only been there twice, but the service was always quick and the attendants friendly. I particularly liked how they attended gently to the elderly couple that was before me.

A Canadian classic that holds up. There may be problems with certain things but I still love a good hot chocolate and a bagel with cream cheese. Really, is this the Heart of Saint John? Yes. Yes it is.

Never had any complaint on behalf of meals' quality there , cleanliness, friendly staff. Since over a quarter century I'm their customer!

I was in the McAllister Drive location and was impressed with the lady working drive through. I asked her name and it is Anna Marie. She was pleasant, clear and repeated back the orders. I just found her to be delightful and upbeat. A pleasure to served by her. Thank you
