(April 16, 2021, 2:53 am)This great little place is family owed and operated with a restaurant on one side and store on the other. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. They have a wide variety of favorite dishes and homemade specials of the day. The meat is local and fresh with no added hormones, perhaps organic. I tried the Newfie Poutine and I really loved it. Crinkle cut fries cooked to perfection, topped with shredded cheeses, stuffing, hamburg and onions with a heaping amount of beef gravy. It was a huge dish and well worth the price. They have curly fries on the menu! Seafood, pizza, salads and kids menu. The menu prices on everything are exceptional. The store side has just about everything you need as well. There is also a public washroom at this location. Next to the cash there is a small bakery with home made bread and packaged assorted cookies for sale. I would definitely come back for the menu and atmosphere.
