Employees are knowledgeable. I knock one star off only because there are not enough Employees in the store. My waiting in line in not really pleasant I would rather be in and out quickly

I recently bought an Asus laptop from Staples and obtained a subscription for Tec Support. This is very beneficial for me. When I encounter difficulties, I just call the number and an employee patiently walks me through the process. It is so easy!
