Jack and his assistant, Jackson, replaced all of the Poly b in our house in one day. They arrived on time, worked with only a minimal lunch break, did only what we wanted them to do and didn't up-sell, cleaned up after themselves and finished the job in 8 hours. He was personable, ready to answer questions, made acceptable repairs to drywall and came in at the price quoted which was at least 40% less than other quotes. He's already been notified we'll call him to install an on-demand water heater when our tank/heater reaches 10 years.
Been my plumber since I built my home over 20 years ago. Family run business has been in business for a long time. They built a showroom in the last few years as well. Always friendly.
