The UPS Store

The staff was very attentive and useful in processing a relatively urgent demand for a university class. When I went to pick up the order, the employee was very nice and insisted in bringing the heavy box of copies to my car for me even though I had parked (too) far from the door! I did find the copies were expensive, but where aren't they nowadays? The service was superb.

Although I don't particularly love UPS as a carrier, the service I've received here was acceptable. I've sent packages and picked up packages from this location 4 times in the last 2 months. I've always been served by the long haired gentleman who has been kind and courteous each and every time. Store is small and cramped and I understand that it is difficult to serve everyone at once. I've waited maximum ~5 minutes in line which is nothing to complain about by today's standards. I will keep going to this location when I have no choice other than to utilize UPS services.
