He gave me some guidance on what to buy (since he wasn’t able to get the device locally), and the install and service was 100% spot on. If and when I get a new vehicle and need pro audio service, he’ll be my guy.

He gave us a great price and installed the unit on appointment date then taught my wife how to use it in plain words and took his time doing so. He is a real professional.
