We are buying sight unseen so his professional experience was much appreciated to put our minds at ease in regards to the state of the property. We received a well documented written report as well as a follow up phone call to go over any questions we may have had.

While he did not frighten me with dire warnings he was very confident in explaining anything he found that could be a potential hazard or expense on down the road. I felt confident in the service he provided and would definitely use his company again.

The inspection report was very detailed with photos and excellent descriptions and explanations. They also reached out to welcome any follow-up questions or concerns. I highly recommend this company.
