(November 30, 2016, 5:41 pm)Since buying our used Ford Focus from Richibucto Motors two years ago we have had it serviced there regularly and are very pleased with the service department's friendliness, workmanship and great customer service. We would not hesitate to recommend Richibucto Motors to others who appreciate good service with a smile. While having several things attended to there yesterday, including brakes and change to winter tires, I was impressed by all the friendly faces, the comfortable waiting area, the use of a loaner car, and even the eagerness to help me transfer groceries from the loaner car to my finished car. :)
