Don is a gentleman and loverly host. This place is a gem with a unique sprinkling of good vibes. I will be back.

(September 15, 2018, 2:19 am)We were thrilled to find a free place to pitch our tent for the night. Don a was super friendly host, Sally the dog was very nice, especially with our 7 month daughter.
The site is very clean and scenic. It is surrounded by a nature reserve. Two more campers showed up for the night. Had great time chatting around the covered communal fire pit. Which btw is surrounded by four large swings.
The site is rustic... No power, water or shower. There is a outhouse on site with toillet paper.
Fire wood can be had accross the street for 5$ for a bundle or 8$ for two bundle. -

(July 9, 2018, 1:25 am)Don was very friendly and kind. The property is big enough for 5 - 6 campers. The night we stayed there was folks from Idaho, Texas, Spain, Germany, Montreal, and a local family from an hour away. Awesome conversations around the community campfire outfitted with swings the whole way around. Definitely worth a visit. The mosquitoes are indeed very thick, and the ground is a little bit uneven. But the price was right, and visiting with folks was great fun.
