  Loved Carol at front desk she made our stay what it was . She treated us like family from check in til end of her shift and we appreciate her . The facility was very nice and clean. Only knock was pool had to much chlorine but with that many kids that’s not a bad thing . Will definitely pick this place again

  Hotel was clean. However, there was hair in one of our towels. Breakfast area was well kept, and lady taking care of breakfast was wonderful! She was friendly and worked hard at keeping the area clean and well stocked. We have stayed here twice. First time, the people in adjoining room were very loud. I complained to front desk. She asked us to talk talk to them about it, as she was busy.she did offer to move us. Our last stay I was woke up at about 2:00 am by loud laughing and carrying on in hallway. Person was rolling on floor laughing outside my door. Called front desk, she said she would see what she could do. But acted like I was bothering her. I came to relax not be annoyed. WillNOT stay again

  Out here for Silver Stick Hockey tournamnet. The staff at this hotel are the best. Such nice people they really went the extra mile to take care of us. Everything was great from clean to just really nice people. The next time we are here for silver stick we will be staying here. 10 Star

  I really didn't enjoy my stay. Unfortunately bed was uncomfortable, refrigerator was very noisy, door to the refrigerator would not close, drawer on the desk would not stay shut, toilet ran for a very long time after flushing it, this facility is in need of renovations, staff was really friendly, coffee was not the best tasting. Unfortunately for what I paid for the room it was definitely overpriced. I've paid a lot less for a much more nicer room. $175 dollars a night is way too much for a Hilton rewards member. Hopefully when the manager finds time that person will try to contact me to discuss what I experienced.

  The people at the front desk went way above and beyond the make my weekend experience a beautiful feeling. I love the staff. Keep up the amazing work. You are all stars.
