  My husband was pleased with the rental of a scooter a few years back. I returned to inquire about purchasing cpap supplies and was taken aback with the snotty response: 'we haven't sold cpap for 5 years!'. I said 'ok' and turned to leave, then the guy asks for my name, not sure why. Don't worry bud, I won't be back. Hart Medical reached out to discuss this interaction, because of that responsiveness 3 stars has been changed to 5.
