  I really like Dr Karadimas as a doctor, but I had to pay a $150 "facility charge" for every office visit. I would give Dr. Karadimas five stars, but I don't understand why anyone would have to pay a facility fee. I only had X-rays and cortisone shots. No surgery.
  I'm sorry, but I think this is a fee by McLaren hospital. It's totally ridiculous. I have been to many other doctors offices connected to hospitals and never, in my 36 years of going to orthopedic surgeons, have I been charged a "facility fee".
  I'm sorry, but I can't afford to pay for the new wing on the hospital.

  Cin Visc Injections are working great for my knees. Dr. Lucas is great at getting them in without much pain.

  I have been a patient at Advanced Orthopedics since 2010, and I can not say enough about the wonderful care that my family and I have received. My doctor, Dr. Karadimas, has treated me for several orthopedic issues, including a knee surgery in 2012. I am always impressed by the amount of time he spends addressing my concerns, even when I know he is very busy. My son has seen Dr. Lukas several times, after he injured his knee playing basketball, and again I was very impressed by the care he received. Both of these doctors are extremely knowledgeable and I would (and have) recommend either of them to friends and family.
