Dr. Hartman has been my dentist for over 25 years. When I moved away, I had a very bad experience with a dentist downriver.. When I began having issues, I came back to Dr. Hartman and I won't ever go anywhere else as long as she's working. She is kind, patient, funny and truly cares about her patients. She will explain things so that you can understand, she's very gentile and will always make sure that you're comfortable and not in pain. She does a fantastic job referring patients to quality professionals as well. Dr. Hartman really goes out of her way to make sure that her patients are well cared for. Janelle, the dental hygienist, is the best hygienist they've ever had there in my opinion. She does a great job with cleanings and again, no pain. There's no one else that I trust, so much so that I drive over an hour one way to go to Bay Dentistry.
