I've been coming here for 9 years and now my son does to.
The guy puts you on hold EVERYTIME you call. NEVER FAILS. I was on hold for 9 mins, until I decided to use my husband's phone. He answered that call, and I made my appt. I was STILL on hold, even after I hung up my husband's phone. If it wasnt for the other staff, it would be a no star. I do not understand why he isnt fired.. other than him, very friendly, nice staff. Good service.
I have been a patient of Dr.Sobers for years. When i was reading the reviews i was shocked because if you are not happy the staff will go out of there way to see what they can do to make uou happy!!! Dr.Sober is not a real social man but hes is diffently a awesome dentist and professional. Sue the office manager has always treated me very good. My whole family and co workers go there with no issues.
