(September 10, 2017, 4:42 pm)Let me just say, after a small mix up, my account had been charged $100 plus a $34 fee by someone else and the 800 number was no help. I went into the branch and the manager helped me and then some! She was so friendly and apologetic for the situation. Thankfully I am not someone to go in yelling about something not being my fault, but even though I was carefree she was determined to make things right.
