Sarah, your Professionalism and Courtesy went Way beyond the realm of (I'm Positive) what is expected of you. You treated me as a friend, not just a Customer. I was Amazed at how Fast you were able to resolve my issues. And to do it in such a way as to make me feel better for being such a Blundering Idiot. You are that certain percent that Every company would be Proud to have working for them. It's Very rare that I would take the time to give such Praise, but It's Also Very important to me to give Credit ( no pun) where Credit is due.
