I felt respected here and the staff did their best to keep me in the loop for long wait times. I checked in line using the website. My estimated time did get pushed back once to a half hour later. Using the Ipad inside to confirm check in was not difficult. The staff didn't make me feel dumb for checking to make sure I wasn't just experiencing cold symptoms but the doctor did use language to say that "there was nothing there" when they checked in my throat and ears. I suspect what they meant to say was that there was no evidence of bacterial infection because there surely is fluid in my ears impacting hearing. I've definitely had far worse experiences with urgent care facilities. Plus, because my primary doctor was in their system it ended up being much cheaper than other experiences.
Very professional and kind staff. Online check in option was helpful. I would definitely go back if my family or I have another urgent care need.
