Staff is super helpful and they always have what I need for the hot tub in stock. Wish I had bought one of their hot tubs vs. Nordic. .no comparison in quality or features. We hate our Nordic.

The owner was very helpful when my mother was looking for a small spa for relaxing. He explained everything in a very no-nonsense style and didn't try to oversell her anything she didn't need. She had a great experience, thanks!
